Third day without a carer, add to it a couple of missed days last week... my legs are enormous, hard, heavy, nearly not able to bend at the knee. OK last week I was constantly hungry and going over my calories but I view it as a holiday. I just wish I had a reliable routine with my care with someone just as good but who doesn't treat it as a hobby to pick up whenever it suits her! To top it all up, I have cellulitis - again. I am self medicating this time. I am so tired with everything going on in my personal life and globally! I feel like I am running in a maze full of dead ends.
