Feeling so yucky these days. However, I think that there are going to be some pretty big changes in my life that will bring me the tools I need to lose the 20 pounds I need to lose. Since my mom's passing on September 19th this year, I have been using her death as an excuse to eat whatever and not even stick to my food journal and that has lead to a weight gain of 10 pounds in the last month or so!
I have to really watch-even through the holidays:(!!
