...and it keeps going! :)

Yesterday was my wife's birthday. We had guests over for dinner, and my daughter made deliscious "Not your mother's chicken and dumplings" from a book we bought her called "Cluesless in the kitchen". Should you come across it, I highly recommend it. It is not a diet-specific book, but just damn good recipes. It will be up to you to filter out what you can use and what you can not.
Anyways, yesterday we had the chicken and dumplings, which was deliscious. We also had a little bit of traditional danish applecake and I made a special version for myself with a little less of all the bad stuff, so it would not hurt my weight loss too much. And it seems like it worked! I lost 800 grams (almost two pounds!) again this morning.

I can't believe that this just keeps going and going. I love it, and this time I really truly feel that I can reach my goal. It makes me soooo happy and confident. Live is VERY good!.
