So not happy with this weight and I’m doing everything possible to try to lose. I walk/run plus do beach body on demand. Maybe I just need to start logging my meals again to see where I can improve on. I now have a job again cleaning for the church that I attend and it’s a large facility but all the walking doesn’t seem to make a difference.
