Ugh. I had a rough weekend. I had lost a pound going into the weekend, but gained it right back thanks to a string of poor eating. On Saturday I went to a street fair and pigged out on cheesy popcorn AND Chinese take-out, on Sunday I had pizza and drinks, and today I was eating tortilla chips hand over fist at a friend's Memorial Day pool party. UGH.

Got to get back on track. Need to have cute arms by Friday.

Can it even be done??
