Bloated. I think I need more fiber. My cold's on the wane though, thank goodness. Just a phlegmy cough and sniffles today.

I had a bit of a cold today. I tried those zinc tabs. I thought they were just a gimmick, but they really seem to work. Don't forget to drink lots of water to flush out the bloat.

They certainly worked for me. I used them for the first time a couple of weeks ago.

Zinc tablets work really really well if you start taking them as soon as you get sick. If you wait too long into your cold they won't work anymore.
