I lost ANOTHER pound today. I love that these pounds are coming off so easily, but I am of course aware that it is not going to keep being easy. I am slowly starting to incorporate come exercise, walking more and generally trying to be a little less lazy. Being a fatt-butt I often choose to NOT get up to get that remote or get something else, especially if someone is around to do it for me. I am getting into the hapit of just getting up right away and go get what I need. It is not so much for the exercise of getting out of the chair (joke), but to change the attitude to a more "just-do-it" kind of attitude. I think it is working. Life is good.
