Well, I've switched to twice-weekly weigh-ins (Mon & Fri), as the scales are too annoying when weighing in every day. A reasonable loss of 600g over the weekend, so feeling better with myself. Next weigh-in I hope to see a good loss ... fingers crossed. :-)
