Gah, well, I guess there was some penalty for the wine after all. :( I'll be away from the scales for another few days as I'm headed up to Reno & Incline for a few days with a friend. She had to go up for a condo committee meeting and I said I'd go along to keep her company. We do plan a dinner at the Silver Legacy's award winning steakhouse -- but it is usually easy to eat on-plan at a steakhouse. I need to remember to pack some legal snacks though. It is hard to be out-and-about and not in control of food availability.
