Week 1/6 trying to lose 6lbs (first short term goal) Feeling slightly disheartened as this week I’ve been working hard to keep to the diet and complete my workouts. Hoping it’s just the time of the month that is accounting for the plateau. Fingers crossed can lose next week 😔

Hoping it’s the hormones. Tried my pre-pregnancy jeggings on again and no closer lol. Will persevere, sometimes it just goes like that I think. Hopefully next week will be different!
