Ok, took a week off from dieting and working out as I finished many things the house needed. Really I have slacked on my diet a lot over the last few weeks. Not that I pigged out, just did not record and did not becoming spastic over a little ice cream or a slice of pizza and I have to say I only gained a pound! Woot! My metabolism is finally coming back.
