Well ever since thanksgiving Ive been eating hords of unhealthy food. I have seen a slight weight gain but not much so I decided to nip it in the butt before xmas so I dont let it spiral out of control. My life is so busy and so diffrent right now than it used to be. Ive started a new full time mon-friday job as a public health nurse. This means alot less physical activity then I used to get. It also means allot more sitting at my desk. Another down is where Im located is near some restraunts and many of my coworkers like to eat out. One more challenge is work is 45 min away each way which leaves my sitting on my butt for atleast another 2 hrs a day and STARVED when its time to have supper, which my significant other cooks (and dieting isnt on his mind). Anyways Im back to try to get some new great ideas on how to keep the pounds off and try to be eating a little better!
