No your not the only one..I tried to eat good but my DH got me a Honey Bun...and well you know the rest of the story...LOL..We can get back to where we were..its mostly water..or thats my story...:O)

I think there is someting cross wired in our brains. I had the most annoying converstaion with myself. My brain is telling me to eat something, usually some high calorie crap, amd my stomach is saying its not hungry. But the brain will not stop.....wish I knew why.
