I am not doing so well on my diet these days.
I have to pick up my socks and start watching or else 10 pounds will creep back on overnight! I am going back on my carb counting and really going to make a good effort to get at least 10 pounds off by Christmas. I think I can really do this if I set my mind to it for sure.
I am going to remain positive and focused and I will see where that leads me:)
