I'm not too mad at myself for my large amount of calories yesterday. After all, I did go mountain climbing, walking, and partially swimming yesterday with my parent's doggies. they had a lot of fun but they're fat and lazy so I had to lift their behinds off the large rocks. By the end of the trip I had to lift the bigger one into the truck! My gym membership was put on hold until later on in the week but with the weather we've been having I'm not sure I even need an elliptical go get the rest of this weight off me. I'm almost certain I could do it with just outside sports. I really do like the security of having a fall back plan like a gym membership though. And that's what I have to say about all that! =)
