I think I over did it Tuesday on exercise. I was exhausted yesterday and my body really hurt to just move Thighs and butt are hurting the worse. Had a really bad headache yesterday and there was part of the day where I was just nauseous. I'm still sore today, but not quite as bad. After I put the coffee on, I grabbed my mp3 and started dancing to loosen up my muscles. Though as soon as I stopped dancing, they started to ache again. XD I hope they're better by this weekend. Though I am planning on doing my Biggest Loser cardio dvd tonight.
Perseverance: steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., esp. in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement.
Just have to keep moving forward, and hope my body catches up soon and stops being so achy. lol.

You're going to be sore at first whenever you make changes to your exercise program, but be aware that if you end up being sore a LOT, that could be a sign you're doing too much & you might consider toning down the impact. I notice that when I walk or jog too much I end up sore all over from the impact, so that's why I split it between treadmill & elliptical. Just the other night my 2.5 mile walk - which felt wonderful at the time! - left me kind of sore yesterday, so I would definitely not do that much every day. And make sure you're giving your body a chance to rest! Not sure how frequently you're working out, but just 1 day in between can make a big difference. Gotta love that determination tho, you go girl!!!

Thanks for the encouragement! :D I just did too much on Tuesday, lol. And I rested yesterday, all day. So today I feel better, even if my legs and butt are sore and hurting when I tighten the muscles. I danced this morning to loosen up, and I think I'll do my cardio video later on today. I don't think me and Jules are going to get out the house much, lots of chores to get done today. Though nothing overly strenuous. I think Friday might be a park day, then Saturday will be shopping in the big city and at least 3 hours of driving to get there and back home.
