I am not sure what happened but 5 days ago I weighed 307 this morning I weigh 300.8. I was doing intermittent fasting daily and took two days off and still lost. I sure don’t know what I am doing. My doctor tells me low carb and intermittent fasting but that’s it. I kind of have to research on my own but I don’t want to do any trendy or “out there dieting” because I am diabetic on insulin. What works for you guys FS community?
