It is so difficult at tue moment. Life is upside down. Completely understand how disheartening it is, but all will turn out all right in the end. Keep plugging away. Did you realise that there isn't actually a time limit for exercise, although we can only go out once a day? Seems like a bit if an urban myth that has grown. Have a google 🙉 . Good luck with it all x

However I’m doing a fundraising at moment for NHS - so I’m jogging for 2 hours (10miles)

Wow....good luck with the fundraiser and running 10 miles. Thays a great thing to do for the NHS and I'm sure will be massively appreciated.
I think it was Gove that originally mentioned the hour, but recently people have challenged that and it turned out thst it was, as you say, his recommendation only. I go walking where I live in the countryside for 2 to 3 hours. It has kept me sane.

Yeah 1 hour really isn’t enough, I sometime do a walk in the evening as well....keep the step counter up
