On the plus side, I've gotten back into working out with weights. Yup. Gotta do it. I've not changed what I eat, except to eat less of it. The only thing different is that I quit the work-outs - and I'm convinced the loss of lean muscle mass is what's not eating up the calories. SO, it's off to the gym.
