Last year I lost 75 pounds and when I broke up with my ex I gained 50. It has been very differcult for me but o need to do this for me. 

i can understand about gaining back weight because it seem that the world has falling on top of you.. but now that the world fall on us, what have we got to lose now.. nothing but POUNDS.. and we can do this for ourselves..
