Maintaining current weight. I ran roughly 15m’s the Thursday just gone. Longest run in a while , devastated as I’ve hurt ankle in the process. Going to see a GP tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞 Sticking to light weights just to maintain. Diets poor, today I was on track. First day in a few Easter long weekend will do that. Worth it.
