Ok, I'm finally done with candy corn, ice cream, peanut M&Ms, cake, Sun Chips, bowls of cereal for breakfast, cous cous, rice, orange juice. The scale yelled "stop" and so I shall. I don't intend to hit 135 this year. I'm going to stay low carb but will give myself some flexibility on my birthday, on Thanksgiving, and on Christmas. There are plenty of days in between to drop these pounds. I welcomed those tasty pounds of goodness but now they've worn out their welcome and it's time for them to leave.
Just finished day 2 of induction with no problems. I think my body is thanking me already.
