Yikes! I knew it. I drank a lot of beer and ate a lot of food this last weekend, AND I only exercised 2, maybe 3 days. This pandemic has me wanting to spend more time with my son on the weeks that I have him all week, instead of exercising, and my poor 37 year old next door neighbor died last week, unexpectedly (Cancer I guess, and he had JUST found out within a matter of weeks, it took his life) and that really messed with my psyche too. He leaves behind a wife and 2 young girls who adored him. We just never know when it will be our time.
Plus the weather all last week was cold and gloomy and I wanted comfort food.
Back on it again this week and I hope to have a strong April!
