Well, I've been really, really bad at trying to get healthy. I have no excuse for my bad behavior, but I do have consequences. At 32 my knees are having troubles. I'm walking around like I'm 80. So, with this troubling news hanging over my head, I'm back and prayerfully rededicated to getting healthy.
7 Things I'm Grateful for: 1. My mom - She is a real inspiration and loving friend. 2. Summer fruit - Oh how I love the infusion of fresh summer fruit into the diet. 3. 2nd, 3rd, 4th Chances - What would we do if we couldn't keep trying? 4. Sleep - It's true what they say, you never know what you have 'til it's gone. When I get it back, it's AMAZING! 5. School - Although I'm completely exhausted, I'm lovin' it. 6. Fat Secret - It's here to help me get healthy. 7. God - Who gives me the strength to do anything.
Trust in God steadily, hope unswervingly, and love extravagantly.
