Thank you JC 😃! It’s getting easier to maintain the low carb/low calorie food plan. The fitness center where I attend has been closed a week ( and rightfully so ) and I am not getting any regular exercise so that is making it harder to stay focused. But with this morning’s drop I feel back on track 😁! I’m going to order some resistance bands and dumbbells and try and keep building muscle while I loose weight. I was doing water aerobics at the fitness center four times a week and that doubled the weight loss but I AM grateful for any improvement. You stay safe! I’ve got you all in my thoughts and prayers.
