Well I'm sorry to have to put this weight in but it was definitely my own thought. I haven't been on for about a month because I've been lazy and my hypoglycemia went crazy and I lost 10 lbs without trying and I thought wow this is great I can eat whatever I want and lose WRONG! My blood sugars have stabilized pretty much so now I've got to get back on track Monday and just eat my 6 small meals a day with protein snacks instead of what ever I'm craving at the time.
Lesson learned: I'm not 21 anymore and the "magic metabolism" I used to have really is gone along with my twenties.
