Yes I see So they really do need to get those meds sorted, do you have to wait till the 6 weeks are up before they will change your meds or will they change them for you sooner? Please try not to get too down you know it is the graves that is causing this so just keep going Im sure eventually all will get back on track for you, keep in touch :)  

I just had blood work and the meds were changed so i have to wait, but all is good I cut the grass today and walked the nature trail with my granddaughter 

That is good news Tonya I really hope this solves things for you. Lovely for you to have some time with your granddaughter, (miss mine so much) Keep up all the good work :) 

Did not get very far this week I'm home again, my granddaughter who is running a fever but not complaining much except a stuffy nose. pollen is right now. Her dad who is trying hard to be a single dad living with us has to work so I stayed home to take care of her. My efforts today were good I ate a tomato sandwich for lunch, no mayo and smoked pork for dinner with a salad. plan on getting my neighbor to watch her tomorrow so i can walk. 

Sounds to me like you are setting yourself in the right direction and a good frame of mind. Sorry to hear about your granddaughter I hope her fever breaks soon so that you can enjoy the walks together. Just over a year ago my daughter split from her long term partner and as I live in France I was not there for her and her and my grandson went through some very dark hard times, I just thank god that she has such fantastic friends. She is now with a new man and they recently started to live together, they seem very happy (all 3 of them) but I still feel guilty about not being there. Does not life throw you some hard challenges and all that worry we go through, most of the time it all works out in the end, I suppose our weight loss diets/exercises are very similar :) Keep going Tonya
