I’m feeling really scared😬 This was my last weigh in before leaving on vacation to Cancun. The resort was all inclusive and I wanted to enjoy it. For the first time in over two months...I stopped recording calories.
I still have 10 more pounds to go before reaching my target weight (probably more because of all the vacation food and drinks). I only weigh myself at the y where I take classes twice a week. I’m currently back to recording calories as of this morning.
I’m really hoping I didn’t set myself too far back 🤞🤞🤞

Enjoy your vacation. I would not be extremely restricted and enjoy in moderation.

just remember all the activities you will be doing to help burn off those calories!

Thanks!! I’ve been back for about 3 days and am back to recording my calories. I haven’t lost anymore weight but I haven’t gained any either. I think I proved it’s ok to let go for a few days here and there as long as I get back on track when I’m home😊
