It seems that doing this fasting diet of 16/8, combined with better eating, better sleep, is really working. Feeling very pleased 😀 with myself this morning

16 hour fasting 8 hours to eat. I've been doing 5pm to 9am this week

So normally only eat between 10-6pm anyways normally before 6pm for tea though

So your doing it already really, just need to watch what you drink. Your allowed water, black tea, black coffee, I've read lemon or lime put in water is ok and diet cola

I probably have 2 teas with skimmed milk in after tea x

The milk would take you out of fasting.

I'll drink water instead see if it makes a difference I'll have to give up my morning tea I may try a black coffee not a coffee lover though 🙂

I would drink black tea, black coffee would need some sort of flavouring before I could drink that. Tea without milk isn't so bad just makes it a little stronger tea taste

I don't have sugar in any drinks used to in tea but went off it 4 years ago when I was last pregnant can't stand it now every cloud 😂
