ok... i've done pretty good this week with dieting. and i've actually gotten to exercise. i need to do some running. and i think i'm signing up for a 5K that will take place in two weeks. if i put in 3 days a week of running i should be able to do it. it might not be enough time though. i'm just not sure. i need to keep at it. i'm beat though. and i am getting frustrated with not really losing weight. i just need to keep at it and remember that slow and steady wins the race. that weight lost slowly tends to stay off.
