Weighing in today even though I just did two days ago, because there's a new challenge beginning today. I have been doing well these last two days with exception to my over dose on cashew nuts last night.... Now the scale shows a gain of 1.2 lbs *sigh*. I'm not shaken tho'. Today is a new day and I'm ready to rock this!
