I can't believe I went down another pound. I'm really excited about seeing the 170s on the horizon. But I will not starve myself. Will just keep eating healthy food in moderation. I still have issues with motivation to exercise. That is definitely my weak area.
Lunchtime: I did an impromptu fruit salad. It was almost perfection except for my adding a little yogurt. Should've left it out. I love figs with gorgonzola cheese and aged balsamic vinegar. The pears, blueberries and walnuts went very well with that combo. I could've done without the cantaloupe, but it did look pretty on that bed of mixed spring greens. Next time I'll get some prosciutto too. That would be extra fab!
