Good morning, Fatsecret!
It's the (more or less) usual short Saturday weigh-in!
I'm down a good chunk since yesterday, but still above 90 kilos. Not good enough. Let's hope that next week will show some progress.
Sure, I'm putting on muscle, but I know I can optimize my food intake, I know I can get a kilo or two off if I really put my mind to it. The trick is of course exactly that - putting my mind to it.
It's a good day today - it's beautiful weather, sun is shining, it's Saturday, it's Indulgence Day, and a good friend is visiting tonight. We're watching The Hobbit in 3D. I'll be looking forward to that.
Daughter is joining me at the gym - we're leaving in a few minutes. I better get ready!
But before ago - here's a little review of the chili sauce I mentioned yesterday - this dude is a "chili expert"... let's see what he thinks...
