This is the point where I give up. I quit calorie deficit, I quit healthy eating and dont look back. Fortunately, I can't quit, because as much as I like losing weight, I like to get healthy and must follow this regiment for minimum 30 days. (Doc orders for Rx). Weightloss, for me, is a temporal vain goal and am much more motivated to stick to a regiment if my health is my priority.
