Hi everyone, hope you all had a wonderful festive season.

This must be a first for me: that I come back from holiday actually having lost weight. I am really happy as I did not eat very healthy, but did try overall to watch my portion sizes. This is a great start to the year, and I am looking forward to keeping this up (or should I say down).

Thanks Pascoal! Should be in the double digits in about a week, really looking forward to it. With being back to work today as well, it is easier for me to follow a plan and fall into routine again.
