Bonus weight loss over December. But now it is back to my kinda normal eating and exercising ... need something motivational...any ideas? Considering my new behind a desk from 7h00 to 17h30 job... my body doesnt know if it wants to be tired or hungry. But any ideas welcome for a energy boost and some moving.

Check out Sydney Cummings YouTube channel for a free Excellent exercise program. She posts videos everyday. And she has 100s of videos in various categories (eg exercise duration / no weights / cardio / strength training etc) that you can also choose from. Best of all...it’s FREE!
