Hahahaha

Ok so not funny. I said I’d be happy with whatever the scale showed. Ate 2400ish I think. Mostly junky foods like dip and bbq wienies for dinner. Potatoes, bread and pork loin for lunch along with cranberry sauce and pie.

No way is this a real gain but still. 2.5# of water in a day. That’s not usually how my body works. Will check sodium. Also not sure how accurate the logging is as I didn’t weigh or measure and just guessed.

Deep breath. This doesn’t matter and will be gone by the weekend I’m sure. But man it’s irritating today lol. Didn’t even reach my 5k goal. It was mentioned that someone ate that much and I thought I’d give it a go. Would think those foods could be eaten by the bowl full but my tummy said no more.
