I was So hungry last night because we ate at 6:30 PM for dinner. So I ate half an apple and some sweet potato to ease my hunger pains. Glad I didnt have a 2nd dinner like I normally would. It paid off, 2 lb down this morning.

I used to be a habitual late night snacker I mean really bad. nine weeks ago My wife came across intermittent fasting which we started so we don’t eat anything after 6 PM. The first two weeks was tough. But I can’t tell you that combined with healthy eating and calorie counting the results have been great I’ve lost 23 pounds in nine weeks. Body really does get used to things once you get past that first week or two that it’s a little hard. Good luck on your healthy lifestyle journey !! Be gentle on yourself, stay focused and motivated and above all drink lots of water. Water is your friend keeps the bellyful 😊
