Yeah, Jill...you really don't have any weight TO lose. Building muscle is about all you could hope for - have any idea how many of us wish we looked like YOU?! Anyway, ME? I have A LOT more fat on my body and I've done 35 days with Shaun T (aka Satan) I've only lost like 4 1/2 lbs, maybe 5 tops. I mean, seriously?? I will say, the muscle definition on parts of my body is getting pretty amazing. WISH it was doing that for my thighs! :P Hang in there. You should be doing this for your health, not to lose any weight. Lecture over :)
