Had a slice of gas station pizza (so good!) with a side of salt and vinegar chips (ate half the single serve bag) on the long road trip to the cancer center yesterday. I topped it off with a canned sugar loaded espresso. I can tell the dogs are swollen, so I expect the gain to be fluid weight.
OMAD today and lots of unsweet tea.
New meds for the nerve damage, so hoping that I can get back to walking the mall in a week or so. I miss it!
