Again, I am losing even more weight. I have been eating very low carb these days and I can contribute that to the immense amount of stress that I am under.
I truly do not know how to really feel most of the time because sometimes I am feeling numb. I know I am going to go through my life making the right decisions for me now and I have to not just for me but for my children too. They need me more now than ever.
I have to get off my butt and get going on this....
