ok... i'm back on my diet and my goal is to lose 15 pounds in three months. this is totally doable and only 5 pounds a month. and to keep on exercising.
tomorrow is september 1st and i am read for this. i am looking at the short term goals and aiming for them. i've lost 10 pounds this year. it isn't great but it put me down a pants size...almost 2 pants sizes. so it'll happen. i just need to eat right, eat healthy, and exercise. it shouldn[t be that difficult to get a run in or lift at the gym. i can do this.
i know i am mad crazy busy, but i'm sure i can do this. just keep plugging along and looking at each little goal. slow and steady. starting tomorrow i am going to try to concentrate on drinking more water and putting in 30 minutes of walking per day. i don't know how i will do it, but actually i get an hour for lunch tomorrow, so perhaps i will take it later in the day and go for a walk. hmmmmm that could work.
tomorrow i'll finish moving my desk and stuff and mail some socks to gifts to give. silly, but... i do need to go to the post office.
for now... i need to sleep. i am very tired. i will keep sticking to my diet and my exercise. i can do this i can do this i can do this.
