FREEDOM I have lost weight this year and realize I have gained freedom! Freedom from the diet mentality has given me freedom from fat, guilt, and dieting. My choices have led me to a place where I feel like I am on auto pilot for the most part and can navigate my ship through particular stumbling blocks and am developing new solutions to live my best life by the use of the basics for succesful weight loss and mananement. Each week I become free from the old choices and credit the following for my success:
Social support, managing my behavior, exercise, food selection & preparation.
I have built a lot of skills and self-esteem both at home and work. I feel encouraged as today I am purposefully recognizing how much progress I have made. I will identify areas for improvement and gain insights. I appreciate the people who support and encourange me. The F.S. site and buddy system has been a huge factor in my success and I need to shout out a big THANK YOU VERY MUCH, from the bottom of my heart!
