I lost 2 pounds of water over night. I did not expect that since Im not in ketosis..but hey, Ill take it! I ate 1/2 my birthday cake last week. It was so good! The great thing is that with a little bit of carb control and portion control, any added gain from a few days of cake eating goes away. Does anyone know if there is a limit per meal or day of cheese we can eat on Phase 1? I couldnt help but notice that over the whole year, I seem to dip down and spike up. I know its b/c of my weakness during TOM. Luckily, there is a downward trend despite it all!
