I have been very lazy lately as far as making healthy eating choices. Instead of brown bagging a healthy lunch, I've been eating out or when I have brought something healthy to eat - I didn't feel like eating it, so I went out and got something to eat! Ugh.
BUT, I have been working out and keeping physically active at least 3 - 4 times a week.
Unfortunately, the exercise was canceled out by the unhealthy eating, so I have no positive results to be proud of. My weight did not budge at all - it is stuck at 178 lb. :*(
