Following the diet to the letter again. It is a wonderful thing when the weight just sort of falls off:)
I am also glad that it is coming off a little slower than more than a pound each time because losing more than a pound a day isn't good. I know that it's just losing water weight at that point...
I have been working hard at getting the weight off too. It's been tough, but I know I can do this. It is more of the workouts that are the toughest part because the diet is actually not difficult at all! That's the easier part! LOL!
I find that after 4 days of my intense workouts, I get really tired. That's when I realize I need to take a break from it. I think that after today's workout, I will be taking a day off tomorrow. I have decided to take at least one day off a week so that I don't crash and burn. I just have to really watch that....
