Day 43/90 and down a pound from last week. I know i said i wouldnt weigh in until the 11th, but the Scale.. it was calling my name. not too much time for personals today but i am really enjoying my run in the mornings, it sure is har to peel out of bed at 5:30 before work but feels pretty good when you get to work full of energy. And one of the guys at work was like, was that you running this morning your hardcore. to which i replyed why yes, yes i am... and it seems to be kick starting my metabolism like i wanted. The man is home from his shift at work, its been a long ten days this go and i am looking forward to heading out to the cabin with him. Overall feeling amazing. Its a low day on the zig zag for food but if im hungry ill eat another shhhhhhhhhhhhhnack. i was going to take V8 soups for lunch today, i think there tasty but not sure they are really worth all the sugar when you can have some chicken noodle instead!
Oh and i was just checking out my weight history and August 18 of last year i recorded a weight of 138 pounds. Which means i am 15 pounds lighter this year! So thats fun :)i vow i shall never weigh over 130 again! Still got lots of work to do if i want some wiggle room to still enjoy great foods and wine, so i need to make sure i keep my head in the game. I hope one day soon i can say ill never weigh over 120 again, unless i get knocked up. haha.
