Third week no weight change...sigh. Am going to make an effort to get more veggies in daily after I go shopping tonight.

sigh...... Alright already, you still wanna borrow the bat? At least you aren't alone. My scale still wants to play yo-yo but I am tired of that game. I dont want to play anymore!

Amy, thank goodness that is one problem that I don't have....well that and TOM!! One of the best parts of getting old!! lol Have a great Wednesday!! Friday is just 2 days away!! Although I somtimes feel like I am wishing my life away!!

Amy, what about stuffed tomatoes? You could stuff them with cheese and sausage/bacon and bake them. Salad's are wonderful. Brussle Sprouts smothered in butter? Just a few thoughts.

You know Amy, I don't always get my veggies in either. If it helps, try finding some higher carb acceptable veggies that you can use, like onions and bell peppers. This is a good way of uping your veggie carbs w/o having to eat a lot.

I am picking up some jicama today-that's pretty high in carbs and fiber, getting some cauliflower too. I love the stuffed tomato idea...now I am hungry again LOL
