Great job! Do you find the low days really difficult? I have the book.

The first low day was a challenge. After that the up days became more challenging as crazy as it sounds. I actually look forward to the down days. Now they are both pretty easy. So far I like this the Alternate Day Diet, Atkins, and I'm also looking into Chris Powells Carb Cycling. I think that by using all three it will give me the variety I need. This so far is realy working.
