I've got guests staying for most of this month and managed to injure my shoulder last week so can’t really do any proper exercise and am eating out alot. I’m going to have to get back on track or else I’m going to be back where I started over a year ago or more. If I’m not the same weight (or ideally less) in two weeks time then I’m going back to recording all my activity and food. It’s a pain but better than gaining weight.
